13) Services offered
We provide residential home/condo cleaning services in Toronto and nearby areas. Service contents depend on the package selected and the condition of the home.
14) Flat-rate pricing + “condition-based” add-ons
Our flat rates assume a reasonably tidy home (surfaces and floors accessible).
If there is visible buildup (e.g., heavy grime/grease/soap scum) or the home has not been cleaned recently, we may require an Extra Detail Add-On. Any add-on is:
- based on condition, not whether you’re a new client, and
- confirmed by photos or a quick walkthrough.
15) What we don’t do (unless agreed in writing)
Unless explicitly agreed, we do not:
- handle hazardous materials (mold remediation, biohazards, needles, etc.)
- do major moving/lifting of heavy furniture
- provide specialty restoration services
- guarantee stain removal or permanent damage reversal
16) Access, entry, and pets
You agree to provide safe access at the scheduled time (buzzer, parking instructions, entry method). If pets are present, please let us know in advance and ensure the environment is safe for both your pet and the cleaner.
17) Cancellation / rescheduling
Our cancellation/rescheduling policy:
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel when possible.
- Late cancellations may be charged a fee of $30 to cover reserved time and travel.
18) Satisfaction and re-clean policy
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours with details and (if possible) photos. We’ll make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
19) Damage and liability
We take reasonable care while cleaning. If accidental damage occurs, notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours). Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
We are not responsible for:
- pre-existing damage/wear,
- items that are fragile/unstable,
- or valuables left unsecured.
20) Health and safety
We may refuse or stop service if the environment is unsafe (e.g., aggressive pets, severe hazards, illegal activity, dangerous clutter, pests/infestation, etc.). If service is stopped due to unsafe conditions, a partial fee may apply.
