What’s included in a Standard Clean?

A Standard Clean covers the essentials: kitchen counters + sink and exterior wipe-downs, bathrooms (toilet, sink, tub/shower surfaces, mirrors), and floors (vacuum/sweep + mop where applicable). It’s designed for a reasonably tidy home where surfaces and floors are accessible.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes — I arrive with my own basic cleaning supplies and tools (vacuum, microfibers, sprays, etc.). If you prefer specific products (scent-free, pet-safe, etc.), you’re welcome to leave them out and I’ll use yours.

How do add-ons work?

Add-ons are totally optional. If you want extra detail on top of your Standard package, you can request individual add-ons like inside fridge/oven/cabinets, baseboards, balcony sweep, etc. Add-ons are priced separately and confirmed before we start so there are no surprises.

Do I need to be home?

Nope. Many clients aren’t home. You can leave instructions (buzzer code, lockbox, concierge drop-off, etc.) and I’ll confirm when I arrive and when I’m finished. If you prefer to be home, that’s also totally fine.

What if my place is messier than expected?

Flat-rate standard pricing assumes a reasonably tidy space (accessible surfaces + floors). If there’s heavy buildup or the home hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, I’ll pause and confirm a Detail Boost (typically +$30 to +$90) or adjust the scope so we stay fair and on time. No surprise charges — everything is agreed before continuing.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes — pets are totally fine. Just let me know what kind (cat/dog) and if they’re nervous around strangers. If you’d like, you can keep them in a bedroom while I clean, or I can work around them.

How long will the cleaning take?

It depends on unit size and condition, but as a general guide:
Studio: ~2.5–3 hrs
1 Bed / 1 Bath: ~3–3.5 hrs
2 Bed / 1 Bath: ~4–4.5 hrs and so on
If there’s visible buildup or you add extras (oven/fridge/baseboards), it can take longer.

Cancellation / reschedule policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may have a fee since that time is hard to rebook last-minute. If something unavoidable happens, just text/call — I’m reasonable.
